I stayed in a premium cottage sea view, king bed and i loved the direct access to the beach. It felt so exclusive! the room had a separate seating area. Perfect. i especially liked the turndown service, with fresh linens and thoughtful treats each evening. the on-site seafood restaurant served delicious meals with amazing ocean views, a highlight of my stay!
I found the gym equipment a bit outdated. Some machines needed maintenance.

chaotic buffetslow service
I was disappointed to find the breakfast buffet was quite chaotic. the hotel needs a bigger space to handle the number of guests. also service at the pool was slow. It often took around an hour to get food. this made relaxing by the pool less enjoyable than it could have been.

i stayed for several nights. The hotel offers direct beach access. I used the fitness center daily. It featured updated equipment. i greatly appreciated the large selection of food at breakfast. I was satisfied with my experience.
the room service menu was limited after 11pm.

the main restaurant has a large seating area. It provides a varied buffet with multiple cuisines. There is live music at the bar from 5 pm until 7 pm. it is entertaining.

The resort has two pools. A gym provides treadmills and stationary bikes. jiva spa offers couple massages. They customize the massage based on guest preferences. i visited the hotel gym several times.

the front desk staff was very helpful. They proactively addressed my requests. They surprised us with anniversary celebrations, a kind gesture. The housekeeping team kept the rooms tidy .
